Really need to stop listening to shops trying to hard-sell me packages.

I first visited this facial place at J8 for a free trial early this year. The facial was good (because I really just look out for a place that takes time to extract my blackheads). But the price was high... She quoted me 4k for 20 sessions, because I "needed" it.

In the end I negotiated for 10 sessions for 2k.

At my 3rd session, I ended up being persuaded by her to sign up for another 5 sessions (= total 12 sessions left).

Today, at my 6th session, she asked me again to sign up for another 5, and I did ( = total 14 sessions).

I have paid in total, 3.2k for 20 sessions. It's cheaper than the initial quoted 4k for 20 sessions, even though I now have 20 sessions.

Mum scolds me for signing up for such expensive sessions. Sigh, I don't know what to do. I try very hard not to listen to sales talk but I keep giving in. The sales person knows I hate it, so she pulls back for a period, then offers me small number of sessions each time because I have a higher chance of giving in if the money if not too much.

Told CW previously that I will not sign on anymore. I shall remind myself again. After I shift house.... this salon will no longer be that convenient to go to. So I'm better off looking for a salon in Nex when my package is near the end, then tell my beautician that I've found another place.
