Went out with one of my JC classmates to Kent Ridge park to take photos just for the fun of it. Had a fun time taking photos and getting my specs smudges with face oil and getting my shorts dusty

Awesome skies today. The blue was so pretty! (It was really hot too) And the lake was super reflective. Love the reflections

Wormed my way into the bushes to see this. Anyway I happily stepped into a pile of dried mud and got bits of mud in my sandals :S And so I threw my sandals off and walked barefoot. (Actually I threw my sandals off because I wanted to take this sort of photo) Note to self: When sun is hot, road is also hot. Very hot.

Ventured to a smaller side to see this pool of water. Why don't I say pond? The insides of the water are gross!!!!!!

2 of my favourite (nonsense) shots. 1st shot was painful to take. *counts to self* 1, 2, 3 *swings camera at friend, takes the photo* OUCH!!! MY EYE!!! The sun was painful! But I liked the outcome. Man my eye was blinded for a good few seconds. At least the photo wasn't over/underexposed. 2nd photo is just nonsense. Was taking my reflection in the other camera.

Had a really fun time today. The amount of stairs we climbed is horrible. Think Bukit Timah Hill, we're each lugging cameras, lenses, tripods, me and my laptop.... And the steps were like... one foot high, and from the bottom of the stairs I couldn't see the top :S Darn tiring. Wouldn't have done it if it weren't for the fact that moving on would give us more photo opportunities. Man. Thinking back, I wonder how I even had the energy to walk and climb so much. Guess I must really love photography quite a fair bit :)
But nonetheless I still had fun. I'm slightly more familiar with my cam's manual mode now! Love the colours, don't really love my angles, but my pictures actually look decent enough to put as my desktop now.
Enough said, do go check out my photoalbum for more photos :)
K, sleep, mug, mug, mug. Hopefully I don't get muscle aches.
