Wheeeee! Better blog before I lose my train of thoughts.
I'm darn tired. Lack of sleep, stress from school, feeling as though I keep forgetting something. Bad combination. Plus these few days I've been lying in bed thinking about I-also-don't-know-what, so I sleep less. Ah well!
I went out shopping yesterday (Monday!) from around 2-9pm. Amazing right? The pink one can envy me already I think. I was shopping.... In Sim Lim. Met Josh the bouncer first for lunch, then went over to the building........ where we met Gwen and Uncle. Wow, talk about weird! I enjoyed myself there! Things are nice to see, prices are not heavily jacked up. Plus I know more or less where to get the stuff I want. Then Mikey joined us after a loooooooong while. Then we went over to some building near Funan to get Josh's earphones. The two guys spent a LONG time in the sound shop while I stood around and stoned. Bouncer says I looked bored, but anyways it was comparatively MUCH MUCH better than being bored in a clothing shop. At least I'm somewhat listening to the conversations taking place. In a clothing shop, I'd find a corner, sit and then sleep! Then CW joined us for dinner! Didn't really do much except hang around. Come to think of it, what did we actually do? I have no idea. But I realise that next time, I'd better be careful. 3 guys + 1 girl = army talk = I'm very bored. But I did have lots of fun that day! Best shopping outing ever!
Which reminds me that I'm going shopping with the Mum tomorrow. I told her I was coming home after school tomorrow and she decreed that I was going out with her for dinner and shopping. Wahahaha I love my mum! She and her quirks! I need to get my CNY clothes anyways.
And after thinking real long and hard, I realised that God has somewhat answered my prayer. I used to pray for close friends. For those who know me well enough, I'm not exactly comfortable around most people save for 1-2 people. The leaders who used to talk to me told me I couldn't be like that. I knew that for myself but I didn't do much. But somehow looking back at this year, friends just keep appearing. Not that I'm close to them right from the start, they can be long-time friends but this period is the time of deeper understanding. Not to say that I'm very close to many people; this group still remains minimal; but at least I'm comfortable with a larger number of people now. I used to feel awkward spending any more than 10 minutes alone with almost everyone. That's changed drastically now.
So yep. Better blog about it before I totally forget about it. Good thing school starts at 3 later. I want to do more revision before I sleep. This is going to be an extremely busy period for me so I had better study as and when I can.
No photo updates simply because I haven't taken anything nice since the last post :(
