OH MY GOODNESS I actually finished my computing assignment!!! After slogging over it for.... erm, 3 full nights, I finally completed it!!! My results from running the program are quite warped though. I shall blatently ignore that fact till I recheck the program before handing up.
Anyways it's a weird day. Went out for lunch with my dad where I had fish noodles for lunch. Then my mum bought fish noodles for dinner, from the same stall! I bought ice cream today! My fridge, after at least half a year, finally has ice cream in it!
Am pretty tired from staring at the computer screen for the whole day, but nothing a good dose of tv can't fix. Problem is, Mum's busy hogging the tv watching her korean shows. Maybe I should study more. I realise that I'm pretty competitive relative to close friends. I gauge myself against them and somehow I feel as though if I can't do as well or better than them, then I'm not going to do well for the module. And grades are important in uni!
Found out that Japan is listed under non-english speaking. The unis there have english lectures though. Which means that I may not be able to go there for exchange programme (if I can make it in in the first place). Moreover, the places for science students per uni is around 1-2, so for me and Grace to go together, pretty unlikely. Caps of our range are quite common in the faculty, so difficult competition. The most we go Australia together. More places, and the time difference isn't so great. Ah well, that's not going to happen soon anyways. Finish up my main modules first!
Alright, must mug for my papers. Watch some anime then go mug. Am downloading this new anime. Actually I watched it before, it's called Yakitate Japan. Hilarious anime on bread-making. Probably comparable if not funnier than Kyou Kara Maou!
