I'm currently burning dvds of past year pictures for some people. I look back at the initial type of photos I took and I wish they would disappear. Unfortunately I'm holding on to the archives so I can't erase them. Ah well, at least I'm happier when I see the pictures I take now. Not that they are awfully wonderful, but at least I'm satisfied with what I have. Come to think of it, I liked the pictures I took a year ago too. But I liked it a year ago. I don't anymore.
I flunked my computing paper pretty bad. But apparantly some people around me are scoring around the same region of marks. Nonetheless I feel awesomely stupid. Time to mug really hard for the next test. Speaking about mid-terms, my lecturer posted up this message: I have just been informed that NUS Open House is scheduled for 10 March 2007. The authorities have advised that no midterms are to be conducted on that day (as they probably do not want prospective students to see the stressed faces of the current batch)... I was amused when I read the words in red! Even though my grades in computing are pretty unsightly, I still enjoy it. My tutor is ultra picky though. My lecturer announced that he does not care about the efficiency of the programs, just that the program must carry out the task. However my tutor marks us down the moment we declare an extra variable. How absurdly annoying. Unfortunately when he deducts marks, he deducts generously. Like 0.5 at least. Another tutor deducts 0.1 marks. It may not seem significant, but adding up all the assignments, it is a very big disadvantage for my class, especially when my tutor practically nit-picks at everything we type.
Alright, nothing to say for now. Grace lent me Beauty and the Beast. I'm going to spend a good amount of time away from mugging and watching the show. Even though I had a series of papers coming up again. Sheesh, the work never ends.
