Ah well. Christmas is more or less over. Which makes me wonder why do we celebrate Christmas. Yes I know it's to celebrate the birth of Jesus. But somehow this holiday becomes so wide-spread (not that it's a bad thing) that somehow, it's the season to give and receive gifts. So where does Jesus come into the picture? The 1 1/2 hours when you sit in the auditorium listening to the pastor preach? The moments when you sing Christmas carols?
Had a pretty fun time today. Received more cards than gifts this year, for which I'm pretty glad. Had a PL leaders gathering after christmas service, where we literally did nothing but chill out, eat, play games, sing christmas carols, and share. Leaders can't play games. No one sticks to the rules. No one sings christmas carols properly. It was fun. Good thing I had my pretty camera with me. Took loads of photos.

Jon and I. Had to take several pics coz he couldn't smile properly
And Brandon was acting cute
After the leaders' gathering, went with choe, PDa, KF, Isaac, Shihui, Jane, and mich and her cute cousin for ice cream. It was a cozy time of doing nothing. And eating ice cream. It's been a long time since I hung out with random people for no good reason. Relaxing I must say. I think I need to 'socialise' more.
